Supervisor needed at our popular Shave Ice shop in Lahaina. (Banyan Tree Location)
This position is responsible to ensure all employees maintain the highest standard of product quality, customer service, sanitation, cleanliness and food safety. Also maintains security and integrity of all transactions.

Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Act to develop high performance standards with all store staff using daily coaching, counseling and feedback. Document any personnel matters in a confidential manner to managers and human resources. Have reliable and consistent personal performance standards and interactions with all staff members and guests.
Schedule can be somewhat flexible but you must be available to work weekends as needed.
Preferred experience of 2 – 3 years in the food and beverage industry in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, customer oriented environment. Must have 3 – 5 years of supervisory and/or other applicable leadership experience.
Hourly range between $18 to $24/hour, depending on relevant experience. Over the past 5 months, our Hyatt Supervisor averaged more than $10 per hour in charge tips, bringing the hourly total between $28 and $34. And they get cash tips in addition to that!
