About the Role
We are seeking a warm, dependable Remedy Bar Associate to join our Lahaina team full time. This guest-facing role is at the center of The Remedy Bar experience—welcoming guests, guiding them through our products, supporting retail operations, and coordinating wellness treatments and Hawaiʻi 329 medical cannabis card appointments.

You enjoy connecting with people, are comfortable learning about plant-based wellness, and take pride in maintaining an organized, polished, and welcoming space.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Retail

Greet every guest and create a warm, professional, elevated experience
Learn the product portfolio and educate guests on features, uses, and ingredients
Help guests choose products and wellness offerings within non-clinical boundaries
Process purchases, returns, discounts, and other transactions (Shopify POS)
Maintain attractive, accurate, well-stocked displays
Monitor inventory and retail supplies and communicate replenishment needs
Assist with counts, receiving, merchandising, and general organization
Keep the space clean, calm, organized, and guest-ready
Perform opening and closing procedures

Appointments & Guest Coordination

Welcome and check in guests for wellness treatments and 329 appointments
Help manage appointment flow and communicate arrivals, delays, or changes
Assist with scheduling and rescheduling
Support providers with non-clinical coordination and admin tasks
Ensure forms and information are completed per procedure
Answer basic questions about logistics, timing, and what to expect
Maintain discretion and confidentiality
Help create a seamless transition between retail and appointment areas

Operations & Events

Follow opening, closing, cash-handling, safety, and operating procedures
Support communication between The Remedy Bar, providers, Lahaina Dispensary, and management
Flag operational issues to the appropriate manager
Maintain supplies and prepare guest/treatment areas
Support promotions, launches, education, and other initiatives
Participate in product, service, compliance, and operational training
Represent the brand at select events/pop-ups; assist with setup, breakdown, guest engagement, demos (where permitted), and event sales

Tech-comfortable; Shopify POS and scheduling experience a plus
Interest in wellness, plant-based products, hospitality, or elevated customer experiences
Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following:

Premium/specialt="jobs and employers"y retail, hospitality, spa/wellness
Medical or wellness office reception
Appointment scheduling or guest services
Customer service, events, fitness, or similar service environments
Experience with cannabinoids or hemp is welcome but not required; training provided.

Position Details & Qualifications

Full-time role based primarily at The Remedy Bar™ in Lahaina
Schedule set by Lahaina Dispensary Manager; weekdays and weekends required
Occasional evenings, special events, or off-site work
May periodically support other locations or Maui events
At least 21 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable transportation
Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine retail tasks, including moving and stocking merchandise
Must satisfy any applicable background, training, licensing, or other requirements
