Cleaning Assistant – West/Central/South Maui

Crystal Clean Maui is hiring a Cleaning Assistant to join our team serving West, Central, and South Maui. We’re a locally owned, licensed and insured residential and commercial cleaning company.

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, with occasional Mondays
Pay:
•    $20/hour for your first 5 days (training)
•    $24.50/hour starting day 6
Benefits:
•    Health insurance offered after 4 weeks of working 20+ hours/week

What you’ll do:
•    Work alongside a Team Lead providing residential and commercial cleaning across West, Central, and South Maui
•    Follow Crystal Clean’s cleaning standards and checklists
•    Represent the company professionally in clients’ homes and businesses
What we’re looking for:
 •    Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
•    Available Tuesday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional Mondays
•    Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
•    Prior cleaning experience a plus, not required — we train
