OLA I KA HANA to live and thrive by means of your work.

Goodwill’s Ola I Ka Hana program stresses the value of education and the importance of work experience for Hawaii’s youth. This program offers free services to at-risk youth.
Each participant works with their Youth Specialist to develop an individualized assessment and service strategy. The strategy addresses educational goals, job skills, life skills, and personal development.

Participants also receive job readiness training sessions to focus on resume development, job search and interviewing skills, job applications and career interests.
