Up to 500 Scholarships for a Free UHCC class!

jobsThe University of Hawaii Community Colleges (UHCC) are announcing the new Kūlia Scholarship for Fall 2020.

For Hawaii residents whose employment situations have changed due to COVID, the scholarship will support them in striving toward completing a college degree to pursue new directions.

Up to 500 scholarships for a FREE UHCC class will be awarded to Hawaii residents who are furloughed or laid off from their full-time job because of COVID.

Students must apply for UHCC and for the Kūlia scholarship by August 10.

Award: Scholarship will cover the cost of a three-credit UHCC class, fees, and books (up to $100 at UH bookstore).
Value of approximately $500.
