Description:

Supervises, monitors, and ensures high-quality cost-effective food services for inpatient, Skilled Care Facility, cafeteria, and catering areas. Oversees daily foodservice operations. Collaborates with other Food and Nutrition Services management in planning, development and implementation of department programs, policies, and goals. Supervises assigned staff.

 

Basic Qualifications:

Experience

  • Minimum four (4) year food service experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years in a supervisory role.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in dietetics, food service management OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
