Position: Sales Associate (Full-time/Part-time)

Overview: Join our vibrant Hilo Hattie team as a Sales Associate. With a focus on fashion and a flair for fun, you will ensure our store remains welcoming and well-organized, helping customers find their perfect picks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with warmth and enthusiasm.
  • Help shoppers find products that suit their style and needs.
  • Keep the store tidy and merchandise attractively displayed.
  • Efficiently handle sales transactions and customer queries.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential.

Physical Requirements:

  • Comfortable standing for long periods and handling up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to bend, stoop, and stretch for merchandising tasks.
