Job Description
Chapel Hats in Whalers Village is looking for a full time Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. We help every guest find the perfect hat for their vacation, event or lifestyle!
As a Chapel Hats Manager, your responsibility is to welcome customers into the store and deliver a remarkable brand experience. We are seeking a responsible, outgoing, culturally minded team member to be the first point of contact for guests of Chapel Hats. You are genuine, service-oriented with a passion for hats and and a drive to hit and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
*Willing to learn and share the details of our products, becoming an expert on quality, fashion and understanding the customers needs, and creatively communicating selections that meet their needs.
*Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
*Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
*Reliable and energetic, willing to partner with the store manager to foster a sales driven and fun culture, driving performance and hitting sales targets by creating action plans that achieve financial results and grow the business.
*3-5 years of experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail industry and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
*Attention to detail, uphold visual standards and store cleanliness, inventory management, restocking, merchandising, and loss prevention.
*Uphold and lead in the company Core Values and Core Leadership /qualities. High level of ownership and responsibility.
Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role including an individual’s experience, knowledge and skillset. Opportunity for advancement both locally and internationally.
