Job Description

Represents Maui Health and participates in recruiting activities to fill job vacancies.  Coordinates and participates in external recruitment process including extensive sourcing, partnering with supervisors to learn about job/department/fit, interviewing, skill assessment, candidate evaluation, applicant tracking and referral, advertising, and representation of organization at local and national recruitment events.  Provides education and counseling etc. to managers/supervisors regarding interviewing and hiring skills. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of employment, compensation, benefits, pay administration and related organizational policies, practices and/or regulations. Participates in and provides analytical support in design, development, and implementation of Recruitment projects and programs. Maintains working knowledge of all Recruitment processes and related laws or regulations.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience
  • Minimum two (2) years recruitment or related experience, including candidate sourcing/interviewing and working with hiring authorities.
Education
  • Bachelors degree in human resources or related field OR minimum four (4) years of experience in directly related field.
