- Provide patient care based on each Care Plan which can include companionship all the way to bedbound care, and everything in between, including dementia care.

-CNA / Nurse Aide Requirements:
- Completed and Passed Nurse Aide class
- Must pass a background check
- A driver’s license & vehicle to get to and from work is required – Care occurs at patient/client home.
