Job Description

Flood Pro is a Maui owned and operated company caring for our community when disasters happen. We have no affiliation with FEMA, we work for local residents and businesses. Restoration technicians help the victims of disasters like fires or floods by assessing and cleaning damaged properties, repairing and installing new material, and restoring people’s homes. Additionally, our technicians must have a drive to take care of people and businesses in their time of need. This can lead to some emotionally charged situations that are ultimately gratifying for both our technicians and clients. We get the opportunity to be helpful when it’s needed most. Training and personal protective equipment are provided.

Typical duties and responsibilities include:
Provide restoration services for structures damaged by fire, mold, water, and weather
Perform water extraction, carpet/floor drying and cleaning, mold and mildew remediation, deodorization/decontamination, and demolition and debris removal
Clean and store savable belongings and property
Demolish or remove damaged plumbing, framing, drywall, and related materials

Required work experience and skills:
High school diploma or GED required
Expertise with hand tools
Robust communication and listening skills
Physical fitness and stamina for cleanup work
Comfort with fieldwork
Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay Rate: $23/Hour – $35/Hour
90 day probation period
$500 sign on bonus
$500 bonus After 90 day probation

8 hour shift

Restoration: 1 year (Preferred but not required)
