Job Description
Pacific Millworks is a growing custom millwork, casework, and high-end cabinet shop located on Maui. We service both residential and commercial clients throughout Hawaii, and we are looking to add exceptional candidates to our team who have experience. We strive to improve skills and identify opportunities to learn new processes, techniques, and use of materials.
From the smallest, most detailed piece to large, custom build outs, Pacific Millworks can do it all. Every project is different, but what they all have in common is the sophistication of the design and the industry’s highest standard of quality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track and take custody of project specific materials once they have been received by the Procurement Department.
- Engage in manufacturing activities including, but not limited to, interpreting plans, cutting, assembling, and modifying parts, installation, prototyping, and sampling.
- Maintain knowledge and skills in all areas of fabrication.
- Support the pack-out; safe & secure pack of all products for installation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Deep understanding of carpentry, procedures, and painting/finishing.
- Specific understanding of a broad range of fabrication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with maintaining/creating aesthetic qualities of a high-end finish
- Three to five years of previous experience in carpentry or high end woodworking
- Basic shop math skills (decimals, fractions, equations.)
- Experience working from shop drawings and verbal instruction

COMPENSATION:

SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday, Day Shift, OT as needed
- Reliable transportation to Haiku or plans to relocate before your start date
