Job Description
Aloha! We are seeking personable and energetic candidates to join our team at Taverna. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in creating and delivering exceptional meals to our guests. We are looking for individuals who can prepare and present food with skill, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor. Your ability to work well under pressure, collaborate as a team player, and maintain a positive attitude is essential. Job Requirements:
-Minimum experience of one year in Food and Beverage operations, independent Restaurant or Hotel
-Ability to work clean and organized
-Knife skills and basic kitchen equipment operational knowledge required
-Ability to multi task and work harmoniously with other team members
-Ability to follow directions, take notes and prepare standard recipe’s
-Serve safe certified helpful but not required
-Ability to work in a fast paced at times hectic environment
-Passionate about food, willing to learn about Italian food
This is a FULL TIME, 5 day/week position with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
