Our award winning, Old Lahaina Luau is a well-established business on Maui for 38 yrs. We thrive on sharing the Hawaiian culture through food, dance and aloha with our 350 guests nightly.  We are seeking highly motivated, with attention to detail individuals to join our team. Performance Expectations:

  • Keeps their dressing area clean
  • Comes to work prepared with all items needed to do their shift
  • Prepares all costumes and accessories needed for the show prior to show time

  • Completes job duties as assigned by line captains & managers
  • Able to accept constructive criticism
  • Willing to learn more about their craft and Hawaiian culture
  • Interacts and answers questions about their craft from guests
  • Attends all rehearsals, meetings and training called for by the Entertainment manager
  • Respects and cares for all implements, costumes and supplies provided by the company
  • Reports any broken or damaged costumes, supplies or implements to line captains or managers
  • Able to demonstrate a Hawaiian craft with our guests
