What will I be doing?
As the Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for check in/check out of hotel guest courteously and efficiently, and process all payments according to established hotel requirements. You will also provide information to any guest or visitor inquiry.

Schedule Details:
Our Guest Services Department operates 7 days per week – hours may vary depending on business needs, but the primary hours for this role are between 3:00pm-11:00pm.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Check in/check out arriving/departing members, owners, and guests, makes room reservations, and performs all Front Desk related functions.
Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features/services, hours of operation and follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies. Keep bank secure at all times.
Meet with shift Leader to review daily assignments and priorities.
Set up work station with necessary supplies, maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
Answer department telephone within 3 rings, using correct greeting and telephone etiquette.
Promote positive guest relations to all individuals approaching the Front Desk in person and over the phone.
Performs all other work as assigned.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent ability to speak, read and write English
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous Hotel/Hospitality Front Desk or Cashiering experience
- Proficient with computers
