Job Description
Reynolds Recycling, Hawaii’s leader in the recycling industry, will train an enthusiastic and friendly individual to work at our Kahului location on Maui. We offer a $1,500 SIGN-ON bonus for new hires and a $500 REFERRAL BONUS to customers that know of someone who would make a great addition to our team, restrictions apply. We are a dynamic company who cares about our employees and customers.
Overview of position:
- Provide excellent service to customers.
- Supervise and train employees to ensure quick, accurate and honest customer service.
- Prepares daily paperwork and materials for outbound shipments
- Prepares operating fund reimbursement and performs all related banking.
- Secures and protect Reynolds Recycling, Inc. assets, property and funds.
- Keep site clean and maintain cleanliness at all times.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Valid Hawaii Driver license
- Basic math and customer service skills
- Supervisor experience preferred
- Able to work in an outdoor environment
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Work Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Satisfactory pre-employment background check, and physical.
Compensation:
- Pay rate is $18.00 an hour
