Our award winning, Old Lahaina Luau is a well-established business on Maui for 38 yrs. We thrive on sharing the Hawaiian culture through food, dance and aloha with our 350 guests nightly. We are seeking highly motivated, with attention to detail individuals to join our team. Pay: $23 per hour plus tips
Duties and responsibilities
• Pick up and deliver foods and/or equipment from our culinary kitchen to various hui’s.
• Truck maintenance includes fuel/fluid/air checks, clean and organize contents of truck, and washing of truck.
• Review and thorough inspection of outgoing product.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Responsible for proper storage of foods/equipment.
• Reporting all discrepancies of truck and/or warehouse.
• Ensure all safety procedures are practiced and abided by.
Performs other related duties as assigned or required. In this case, prep cook duties will be included.

Qualifications include:
• Valid Hawaii Driver’s License
• Drivers Abstract
• Motor vehicle medical physical
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Basic knowledge of truck driving
• Pass company driving test
• Experience
• Must provide updated TB test
All qualifications must comply with provincial human rights legislation.
Physical requirements:
Able to maneuver 50-100 pounds, self-motivated is a must, able to physically operate truck lift gate. Must wear slip resistant/steel toe shoes. Physically fit.
