Job Description
PATCH is seeking an individual to be responsible for administrative duties of the Early Childhood Workforce Recruitment and Continuous Quality Improvement program.
Essential Duties include:
- Fielding calls for the program
- Creating marketing materials/flyers
- Assist with creating and disseminating pre/mid/post surveys to CoM providers/centers
- Pulling and aggregating data to share with team
- Materials preparation
- Research topics/resources for CQI team
- Supports Maui office
- Attends outreach events
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Skills and Knowledge:
- Previous experience interacting in a multi-cultural community
- Requires knowledge of customer service and oral and written communication skills
- Requires proficiency in computer & typing skills
- Experience working in the early childhood field is preferred
- Knowledge of State’s childcare licensing requirements is preferred.
- Knowledge of community childcare issues and resources is preferred
Education/Experience:
- AA or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field
Mental, Physical and Communication Demands:
- Requires relating to people in a friendly and professional manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized and able to pay close attention to detail
- Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of people
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and also closely in a team
Working Conditions: Usually indoors under regular office conditions. Requires long periods of sitting.
Work Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday- Friday; duties may require evening and weekend hours.
Equipment Use: Computer and standard office equipment.
