The Location:

Hale Makua Health Services – Home Health Maui is a Medicare-certified provider of personalized care in the comfort of your home for individuals who are home-bound and need skilled help with medical conditions.

 

The Position:

We’re looking for a passionate Clinical Manager for Home Health Maui. Clinical Managers assists the Administrator with the supervision of home health services to patients. The Clinical Manager is responsible for:

  • Skilled nursing and other therapeutic services provided
  • Available at all times during operating hours (or appoints a similarly qualified alt="jobs and employers"ernate)
  • Participates in all activities relevant to professional services furnished, including the development of qualifications and assignment of personnel.

 

Requirements:

  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
  • Five (5) years nursing experience, including two (2) years in Medicare certified home health.
  • Certification in OASIS and/or Home Health Case Management is desirable.
