Job Description
As the Busperson, you will be responsible for providing Food & Beverage service to our guests and such a clearing and resetting tables, and assisting the needs of the Food & Beverage Department.

Schedule Details:
Our Food & Beverage Department operates 7 days per week – F&B Team Members will work shifts ranging between 6:00am through 9:30pm.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers/room capacity, hours of operation, proper table set-ups, and correct maintenance and use of equipment.
- Clear and reset tables as needed. Refill beverages and serve to guests, anticipating their needs and responding promptly to any and all requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain positive guest relations with good communication skills, with a genuine and professional demeanor, correct body language and eye contact, all to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their overall culinary experience.
- Complete all closing side work, inspecting for cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all work areas and of the outlet itself.
- Assist in all other related duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years hospitality or related experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Valid (or the ability to acquire) Hawaii Food Handler’s Card (ServSafe)
- Must possess (or be able to obtain) Hawaii Dept. of Health Tuberculosis Clearance Certification.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop for prolonged periods and occasionally lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
