Job Description
I – Provides case management support services, and develops, maintains and implements Individual Service Plans (ISP) for currently and previously incarcerated males and females and/or paroled individuals. This position regularly works with Maui Community Correctional Center, and the Community Services department across lines of specialt="jobs and employers"y, as well as Case Managers, the MEO CS Director, Assistant Director, to ensure that the Community Services department is running efficiently and effectively.
II-Coordinates, facilitates, and supports BEST program and activities. Provides case management support services, and develops, maintains and implements Individual Service Plans (ISP) for currently and previously incarcerated males and females and/or paroled individuals. This position regularly works with Maui Community Correctional Center, and the Community Services department across lines of specialt="jobs and employers"y, as well as the Case Manager III the MEO CS Director, Assistant Director, to ensure that the Community Services department is running efficiently and effectively.
III-Coordinates, facilitates, leads and supports BEST program and activities. Provides case management support services, and develops, maintains and implements Individual Service Plans (ISP) for currently and previously incarcerated males and females and/or paroled individuals. This position directly supervises the BEST Case Managers and will assist as needed with Community Service programs. This position regularly works with Maui Community Correctional Center, and the Community Services department across lines of specialt="jobs and employers"y, as well as with the MEO CS Director, Assistant Director, MEO CEO, COO, CHRO and CFO and other organizations to ensure that the Community Services department is running efficiently and effectively.
Full-time/ I-$15.57, II-$17.03, III-$18.49 per hour/ Req V0366
I – High School Degree and one (1) year of experience in Criminal Justice or a related field and case management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
II – Associate’s degree from a two year college in Criminal Justice or a related field and case management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
III – Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field and case management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
