Manage Job Openings
The Maui County Virtual Job Fair works on multiple levels. At its most basic level a business can post links to their own site and direct job seekers to apply there. But, if you’d like to unlock the features of the site you can post job openings and descriptions and receive instant matches, which are qualified candidates, and connect them to you. MCVJF will filter through all current job seekers and let you know if there is someone you can contact for a formal interview. It’s a great way to get the ball rolling to fill open positions and filter through the many qualified job seekers in Maui County.
Research Candidates
When you’re logged into your account, click on candidates. This list will show you every person who has an account on the Maui County Virtual Job Fair site. When you go into the candidates section, you can search by job sector. This will show you job seekers looking for work in the sector you are hiring for. You’ll be able to click on their profile, read what they have uploaded and contact them. If you “save candidate” you’ll be notified if they update anything in their profile, get hired or become available for a new position.
