Job Description

Looking for a job that gets you out on and in our beautiful Maui waters? Come aboard with Trilogy and be part of a crew that delivers unforgettable ocean experiences every day. As a Deckhand, you’ll work alongside the Captain and 1st Mate to create an exceptional experience for our guests.  You’ll play a key role in everything from guest interaction to keeping the vessel running smoothly, all while soaking in some of the best views Maui has to offer.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. One moment you’re helping guests feel welcome and cared for, the next you’re supporting vessel operations.

We also offer a program for Deckhands to become USCG licensed Captain’s as well!
