Job Description

  • Installation:
  • Installing shelving, drawers, truck boxes, and other accessories securely and efficiently.
  • Mounting roof racks, crossbars, and other components on various vehicles, ensuring proper fit and secure installation
  • Testing & Basic Vehicle Work:
  • Testing the upfit to ensure it meets the user’s needs and functions correctly.
  • Disassembling and reassembling vehicle components, such as trim pieces, to access mounting points and install accessories.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair:
  • Addressing any issues that may arise during the installation process.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to Thule systems, including electrical problems, loose connections, or mounting problems.
  • Providing support and maintenance services for the installed systems.
  • Electrical Work:
  • Working with vehicle wiring systems to power accessories like lights or power converters, potentially including splicing and soldering.
  • Customer Service, Record Keeping and Safety:
  • Maintaining accurate records of parts used, work performed, and any issues encountered during installations.

 

 

  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicating with customers about installation details, addressing questions, and providing assistance.
  • Ensuring vehicles are safe for customers by following safety protocols and procedures.
