As a Suite Attendant, you lead from the heart and make our guests feel special by creating and maintaining a comfortable, inviting and clean accommodation.

What you will be doing:

• Cleaning guest suites according to Fairmont standards including, but not limited to: dusting, neatly arranging guest belongings, turndown beds, removing soiled linen, retrieving clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming and amenity replenishment.

Schedule Details:

Our security department operates 7 days per week. The shift will be 5 am – 1 pm with 30 minutes break time. The shift may be changed as business needs.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting pool maintenance and ensuring the cleanliness of pool and public areas including unclogging drains, plumbing, repairing pool equipment (pumps, heaters, filters, and electrical switches), plumbing, painting, and surface repair
• Maintaining all tools and pool equipment to ensure all equipment is clean and in proper working order including; ensuring the proper use and cleanliness of equipment and those tools are returned and secured in proper storage areas at the end of the shift. Communicate with the supervisory team on needed supplies and tools
• Monitor systems as necessary to include emergency systems and having general familiarization with fire sprinklers and emergency power systems
• Read, log track and interpret readings from meters, gauges and other pool equipment measuring systems. Maintain a thorough daily log of pool maintenance activity and to ensure the proper information is communicated to the other pool technicians on the following shift
• Ensure the safety and prevention of accidents in and around the pool areas for both Team Members and guest/owners and proactively correct any unsafe conditions

• High School Diploma / equivalent
• Experience within a branded Timeshare / Vacation Ownership Marketing position
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Training
• Minimum 1 year of people management and/or experience leading a team in a sales or marketing environment
• Proficient using Microsoft Office including Word and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to travel to neighbor islands to conduct trainings

SCHEDULE DETAILS:
Our Marketing Concierge will work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews and the sale of mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site owners, guests and visitors.
• Provide concierge services to guests by recommending local dining experiences and attractions while communicating ownership opportunities.
• Distribute approved promotional information and providing excellent customer service to all guests while projecting a professional company image.
• Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 1 year proven sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience.
• Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (speak, read and write).

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• 6 months or more previous experience working in the timeshare industry.
• Thorough understanding of the island with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island.
