Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare and serve beverages at guests’ request. Stock ice, glassware, and supplies. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly. Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed. Complete opening and closing duties. Requisition all necessary supplies, transporting supplies from storeroom to bar set-up area as required. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Document pertinent information in department logbook. Complete designated cashier reports and resolve discrepancies. Follow property control audit standards.</p>

Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance; and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.                     <description><![CDATA[<p>Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor. Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock. Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas. Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes. Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing. Rack and spray all racked items with hot water to loosen and remove food residue. Sort, soak, and wash/re-wash silverware. Breakdown dirty bus tubs. Empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area. Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments. Dispose of glass in the proper containers. Break down cardboard boxes and place them and other recyclables in the recycle bin.</p>

<p>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. <li>Cleaning guest suites according to Fairmont standards including, but not limited to: dusting, neatly arranging guest belongings, turndown beds, removing soiled linen, retrieving clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming and amenity replenishment.</li>
<li>Reporting of any mattress protectors, blankets, bedspreads, daily cleaning as well as occasional projects that promote overall cleanliness and maintenance of our resort, exceeding expectations in all guest areas. This involves vacuuming/mopping floors, refreshing garbage receptacles, cleaning bathrooms, window washing, dusting, polishing, replenishing amenities, furniture moving and special projects as assigned</li>
<li>Organize time so all side work is completed according to shift demand</li>
<li>Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment; report any malfunctioning equipment</li>

<p><strong>Your experience and skills include:</strong></p>

<li>Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience an asset</li>
<li>Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision</li>

<p>Part-Time Team Members are generally scheduled a minimum of 20 hours per week. Our Security Department operates 24 hours a day/7 days per week. Security Team Members may work varying shifts throughout the week.</p>

<h2><b>Additional Responsibilities Include:</b></h2>

<li>Perform periodic and random inspections of the building and grounds, protecting property from theft, embezzlement, vandalism, fire, and accidents.</li>
<li>Maintain inspection reports and records and advise management of deficiencies and remedial or disciplinary efforts to correct deficiencies.</li>
<li>Investigate all security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards and prepare a complete report to include statements and evidence from involved parties and witnesses.</li>
<li>Provide outstanding guest/owner service at all times including answering inquiries, directing traffic, providing directions and information for general problem solving.</li>
<li>Patrol of the interior and perimeter of resort to observe and identify potential security and safety risks or undesirable conditions.</li>
<li>Administer basic first aid and CPR as needed.</li>
<li>Operate and monitor all security equipment to include radios, Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), master keys and the resorts keycard system &#8211; log all hard keys, visitor badges, parking passes, as well as lost and found property.</li>
<li>Conduct key and safe assists as assigned and act as a witness to cash drops.</li>
<li>Carry out all reasonable requests or special projects by security manager or manager on duty.</li>

<li>Make beds with clean linens and vacuums and spot clean carpets, flooring, and all upholstered furniture; dust all furniture, fixtures and pictures.</li>
<li>Secure any lost &amp; found items and turns them in to Security and/or management and report any maintenance deficiencies.</li>
<li>Ensure confidentiality and security of all suites and provide assistance to members, owners, and guests to address questions, requests, or concerns.</li>
<li>Turn on lights to confirm correct light bulb wattage and ensure lights are in working order and assist in other related duties as assigned.</li>

<li>Primary focus will be on Retail / Gift Shop with emphasis on performing administrative duties which may include merchandising, budget control, scheduling, purchasing supplies, preparation of performance appraisals, inventory controls, maintaining knowledge of retail market/trends etc.</li>
<li>Ensures all guest interactions are handled in a positive, accurate, and efficient manner at all times. Ensure that all departmental activities are performed within the appropriate guidelines and that all Food and Beverage team members are trained in the area of food quality, sanitation, safety, departmental/resort policies and procedures and guest/owner service standards.</li>
<li>Responsible for the operation of the department in the absence of the Food &amp; Beverage Manager. Participates in all F&amp;B operations on a daily basis to assist with work load and respond to guest/owner inquiries regarding F&amp;B, retail and resort services. Ensures the provision of special services to owners/guests as needed.</li>
<li>Supervises and accounts for the accurate collection of monies received at the various F&amp;B outlets. Resolve problems arising from guest/owner concerns, inventory, supply issues, staffing issues, and other unusual request and inquiries</li>
<li>Maintains retail vendor relations ensuring product purchasing, pricing and budgeted controls.</li>
<li>Maintains effective communication and coordination of F&amp;B activities with other departments to ensure all standards are met in the areas of productivity.</li>

<h2><b>Additional Responsibilities Include:</b></h2>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for achieving and/or exceeding operational, financial, and guest satisfactions goals and supports the GM with bi-monthly forecasts and year-end financial reports of revenues, control of payroll and preparation of the yearly budget.</li>
<li>Participates in all F&amp;B operations daily to assist with workload and respond to guest/owner inquiries regarding F&amp;B, retail and resort services. Finds solutions to problems arising from guest/owner concerns, inventory, supply issues, staffing issues, etc.</li>
<li>Assists the GM in completing capital projects in a timely manner within budget and make recommendations for following year requirements for the operation.</li>
<li>Maintains effective communication and coordination of F&amp;B activities with other departments to ensure all standards are met. Coordinates with Front Desk to forecast inventory needs based on occupancy.</li>
<li>At the end of each shift, ensures all team members have completed daily checklists and shift closings are accurate.</li>
<li>Develop menus and food &amp; beverage marketing strategies, keep abreast of marketing techniques, promotions and new trends in restaurant and bar operations, and applies data analytics to forecast and make strategic decisions to ensure profit maximization.</li>
<li>Schedules team members in alignment with business levels, and coaches and counsels team members.</li>
<li>Responsible for the management of the retail gift shop, including but not limited to inventory, purchasing, merchandising, scheduling, and operation.</li>
<li>Assist in all other related duties as assigned.</li>

<li>Complete all the opening and closing duties. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all service areas throughout the shift.</li>

<p><strong>Schedule Details:</strong></p>
<p>Our security department operates 7 days per week. The shift will be 5 am – 1 pm with 30 minutes break time. The shift may be changed as business needs.</p>

<p><strong>Additional Responsibilities Include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conducting pool maintenance and ensuring the cleanliness of pool and public areas including unclogging drains, plumbing, repairing pool equipment (pumps, heaters, filters, and electrical switches), plumbing, painting, and surface repair</li>
<li>Maintaining all tools and pool equipment to ensure all equipment is clean and in proper working order including; ensuring the proper use and cleanliness of equipment and those tools are returned and secured in proper storage areas at the end of the shift. Communicate with the supervisory team on needed supplies and tools</li>
<li>Monitor systems as necessary to include emergency systems and having general familiarization with fire sprinklers and emergency power systems</li>
<li>Read, log track and interpret readings from meters, gauges and other pool equipment measuring systems. Maintain a thorough daily log of pool maintenance activity and to ensure the proper information is communicated to the other pool technicians on the following shift</li>
<li>Ensure the safety and prevention of accidents in and around the pool areas for both Team Members and guest/owners and proactively correct any unsafe conditions</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

<p>Our Housekeeping Department operates 7 days per week. The work schedule will be assigned 8 hours shifts between 7 am &#8211; 11 pm including weekends and Holidays.</p>

<h2>Additional Responsibilities Include:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Cleans guest corridors, landings, stairwells, vacuums, carpet cleaning and heavy cleaning of all assigned units, offices and public areas, assists in furniture moves in compliance with all standards of quality and productivity.</li>
<li>Strip checkout rooms of dirty linen and trash.</li>
<li>Transports clean and dirty linen. Replenishes linen and guest amenities in storage closets. Assists management in maintaining an accurate inventory of linen and supplies.</li>
<li>Completes deliveries/requests in a timely manner. Ensures all items delivered to the guest rooms are clean and in working order.</li>
<li>Checks storerooms for availability of cribs, high chairs, pack &amp; play and bed rails and ensure they are in safe condition.</li>
<li>Ensures all assets and supplies for the department are secured in a neat and orderly fashion in storage areas.</li>
<li>Promptly turns in all lost and found items after being properly tagged and identified.</li>
<li>Perform general cleaning duties in public areas (i.e., wipe down stairwells, railings, walkways, trash rooms, maintain all trash bins), and general dusting and deep cleaning of public areas</li>
<li>Maintain the cleanliness of the Lobby; ensure all glass doors are clean /spotless. The accurate stock level of supplies in public area restrooms and fitness centers</li>
<li>Promptly report any repair or engineering requests</li>
<li>Clean pool decks and surrounding areas. Report any safety hazards immediately</li>
<li>Greet guests immediately with friendly/sincere acknowledgment</li>
<li>Provide customer service to guests, including providing information about resort services, activities, and local attractions</li>
<li>Handle other duties as assigned</li>

<p>To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:</p>

<li>Basic language communication skills in order to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners, and co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments</li>
<li>Physically able to work from ladders, move furniture, operate cleaning equipment, and tolerate exposure to general cleaning chemicals</li>
<li>Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noise</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Additional Responsibilities Include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Shapes and defines yearly strategic plan for Marketing Training programs for applicable region/sites to exceed the company objectives. Uses current performance data in order to create just in time training solutions to site leaders and teams.</li>
<li>Facilitated group sessions as well as one on one coaching sessions.</li>
<li>Partners with the HGV Learning and Development team for the purposes of consistency.</li>
<li>Works as a Manager on Duty (MOD) for various desk locations as needed to support the Marketing Management teams and to coach and train marketing team members to drive business results</li>
<li>Facilitates other training programs on an as-needed basis.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Schedule Detail:</strong></p>
<p>Monday through Friday for the most part but you might be asked to come in to work on weekends and/or holidays based on the business needs.</p>
<p>You will be conducting training sessions on Maui at Maui Bay Villas and Ka&#8217;anapali Beach Club also travel for business and training as needed.</p>

<li>Experience within a branded Timeshare / Vacation Ownership Marketing position</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Training</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of people management and/or experience leading a team in a sales or marketing environment</li>
<li>Proficient using Microsoft Office including Word and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Strong communication skills both written and verbal</li>
<li>Able to travel to neighbor islands to conduct trainings</li>
</ul>

<p>It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:</p>

<li>BA/BS/Bachelor&#8217;s Degree</li>

<li>Distribute approved promotional information and providing excellent customer service to all guests while projecting a professional company image.</li>
