Bulletproof Roofing will be hiring one construction laborer to work along side the owner, who has 27 years of roofing experience. You don’t need to have a construction background to apply.

Pay starts at $16.00-$18.00 per hour plus health insurance. Pay will increase as your skills increase. There is an opportunity for performance bonuses with each roofing project.

Job Description:
-Perform routine preventative maintenance, (oil and filter changes, oil samples, fuel samples) and inspections on all generator and automatic transfer switches.

-Maintain inventory of spare parts and initiates procurement of replacement supplies and equipment as necessary
-Collect data for preventive maintenance system

-Perform load bank testing and megger tests.
-Operate assigned service vehicle, multimeters, physical test equipment, specialist tools, power and hammer drills, diagnostics laptop, and proprietary software tools.

Required Abilities:
-Engine Repair – Ability to utilize a variety of shop tools and equipment to perform routine repair work of equipment, with knowledge and ability to overhaul from the block.
-Time Management – Ability to plan and organize daily work routine. Establishes priorities for the completion of work in accordance with sound time-management methodology.

As a Journeyman Mason, you will play a critical role in our Civil Construction projects, working closely under the direction of the Concrete Foreman. You should have extensive knowledge of concrete forms, pours, hand tools, and machinery. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies is essential.

Essential Duties:

• Set forms designed to hold concrete to desired depth and pitch while aligning them.
• Examines concrete forms to ensure they are properly constructed and can hold the correct amount of cement to complete a job.
• Levels, smooths, and spreads concrete using a variety of tools, including shovels, floats, rakes, power or hand trowels, and power or hand screeds
• Molds expansion edges and joints using jointers and straightedge as well as edging tools.
• Compacts concrete with power vibrator and process a rough concrete surface using a broom.
• Monitors how temperature and weather affect the curing of the concrete throughout the entire building process.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least three (3) years of masonry experience
• Knowledgeable on mixing, pouring, finishing, and selecting concrete required
